Privacy policy

The data controller is Youcef Tahri, coach and therapist. Contact details are in the legal notice.

• Your account: name, email address and password. The password is only kept in an irreversibly encrypted form (hashing). If you turn on two-factor authentication, the secret of your authenticator app is kept encrypted. This data is used to create your private area and to sign you in.
• Your sign-ins: at each sign-in, the system records the IP address and the browser used (user agent). This is used for the security of your account and to limit abusive attempts.
• The site's emails: your name and email address are sent to Resend to deliver the link that confirms your address and the link to set a new password.
• Your private area: the follow-up requests you send and the documents you exchange with Youcef Tahri are kept there. These features are being built.
• Booking: it goes through Calendly. The calendar only loads if you click "See available times". The data you enter to book is then processed by Calendly, under its own privacy policy.

This site uses no audience measurement or advertising cookies.

• Sign-in cookies: they are only set if you sign in. They keep your session open. If you choose to trust your device for two-factor authentication, a cookie remembers it for 30 days.
• Light or dark theme: if you use the theme button, your choice is kept in your browser's local storage (not in a cookie). It never leaves your device.
• Calendly: calendly.com may set its own cookies, only if you accept it in the cookie banner, or if you click "See available times" on the booking page.
• Your cookie choice is kept for 6 months in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.

Your data is kept for six months at most. Depending on the data:

• Your account and its data (requests, documents, session summaries, notes): deleted 6 months after your last sign-in, or earlier if you delete your account yourself from "My data".
• Contact messages: deleted by Youcef Tahri once handled.
• Invoices: kept for 10 years, as required by law for accounting documents.
• Backups: kept for 14 days.

You can also ask for your account to be deleted at any time.

The site is hosted in Sweden, within the European Union, by Amazon Web Services. Traffic goes through Cloudflare. See the legal notice.

You can ask to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to its processing, and get your data back in a reusable format (portability).

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority): cnil.fr.
